Sunny Bay - HKIA first complete attempt

Last Sunday I have finally completed my first attempt for the entire round trip from between Sunny Bay and the HK International Airport! 

The entire round trip took around 38.56km as far as my meter can tell. And this first attempt took about 1 hour and 51minutes, including about 15 mins that I was hanging around and took photos around the airport area. XD

The previous runs I did only half of the miles up to Tung Chung, and as I hardly had the courage and the breathe to continue the next half. But finally this is such a beautiful Sunday that I did this. I am hoping this route being my gym area where I can keep working out my legs~~

Running out from HOME

I joined a group ride with some facebookmates last night. But I was too late and missed the group. So I just hang around myself with the bike and this is the first time I am running out from the little island that I live. The trip was pleasant as riding with the bike to wherever I want to go is just so relaxing.

Apart from all my other toys, here is come my latest one, which is relativly much more healthy! Cycling.

I got this bike a couple of weeks ago and this is a Dahon DAA612. It is a folding 26" MTB and I just got my first outing this morning. Hopefully there would be some adjustments needed to trim down a bit. And I would also need to do better physically to match with my friends' pace.....^.^"
