So, the tracks are now ready. And obviously I will need some time to work on the rest of the photo etchings.

German Pz.Kpfw. Ausf. E VI Tiger I Late Prod. (4)

Just spent a couple of nights working on the workable tracks. I just managed to get one done. And hopefully I will managed the other one sooner this weekend.

German Pz.Kpfw. Ausf. E VI Tiger I Late Prod. (3)

Finally, the photo etching arrived and I can resume the progress. The barrel has been assembled and a Lionroar metal barrel is used this time. However, I found it very strang when I attach the shield onto the turret. Really not sure if I have done something wrong or not yet. The space is so tight that I don't think the barret can swing up and down logically....

German Pz.Kpfw. Ausf. E VI Tiger I Late Prod. (2)

The steel wheels are cut off from the parts and pre-assmebled.
I have got a reference from a local translated magazine. Some of the option parts are suggested for some later variations of Tiger I. And now I think I am going to put this kit into the famious 007 Micheal Wittmann Tiger. Hope things will be fine as I am order some of the photo etchings for this.

German Pz.Kpfw. Ausf. E VI Tiger I Late Prod.

Today, I just started a new project, which is the Tiger I late from Dragon. This has been a kit released long ago but I really do not have the intention to work on it at all.

The Dragon Tiger I has been a great kit in the AFV market, I have also acquired a few of those. But sooner they are too much for my work bench so I have traded a couple of those through online bidding.

The details are exceptional. Parts are to be assembled even on sone major elements like hull walls and doors. I have some parts preassembled and progress will go on for a few weeks.
