There are several minor corrections to be made on the frame itself. So before jumping into other parts, some works have to be done on the frame first.

First, the curve on the frame has been streamlined, starting from the center part down to the rear end. So, some sanding work has been done.

Then it comes to the hinges mounting the rear chassis where the screw sets are half-exposed. A few tiny plastic sheets has been inserted to rebuild the exposed part. And the circular indented parts were drilled carefully with electric drill.

Back there at the inside, the Epoxy putty was smoothened and the frame is now getting into shape. Further sanding work are to be done before I will get to other parts of the bike.
